The terms and conditions provided here outline the legal expectations for both parties when you avail yourself of our travel-related services. In this context, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Solo Lanka Holidays, while “you” pertains to the customer who explores our website, makes reservations through our services, or engages with our travel offerings.

Booking confirmation

To secure your booking, a 50% upfront payment is required and serves as a confirmation. Upon confirming your reservation, we will promptly email you the relevant bank details or provide a link to our secure online payment gateway, along with the official travel voucher. The initial payment must be made within 03 days of booking confirmation. After completing the payment, please send us the scanned copy of your payment slip or receipt via email. Upon receipt of your payment, we will promptly confirm the transaction via email. The remaining balance can be settled three weeks prior to the scheduled arrival date.

Booking cancellation
Solo Lanka Holidays has right to cancel or neutralize the booking if the payment is not made within the agreed payment date.

Cancellation of your travel plan by you must be notified to us in writing, and will take effect the day we receive it. The following penalties will apply dependent upon the number of days before your travel plan commence:

Cancel the booking in 60 days or more; Forfeit of deposit (Refund 100%)
Cancel the booking between 30 to 59 days; 75% of total ground arrangement cost will be refunded
Cancel the booking between 22 to 29 days; 50% of total ground arrangement cost will be refunded
Cancel the booking 21 days or less ; Non-refundable
